We believe this is comparable to cowboy tradesmanship and aim to do our part in stopping this being the normal practice for our industry.
To this end, we offer all of our clients (whether customers of our off-the-shelf software products or full systems development projects) a full 6 months warranty which covers all problem resolutions where the problem is deemed to have been caused by a compatibility or other issue with our code.
