Fuel Calculator Lite

We have submitted for approval a new iPhone application “Fuel Calculator Lite”. This app is for car/van drivers to work out the cost of fuel over a specific distance.

We have created this app specifically for UK users, so all the units are as you’d expect (e.g. prices in pounds, fuel price in pence per litre, and economy in miles per gallon).

To work out a price of fuel, you input the price per litre of fuel, the trip distance, and the MPG. If you don’t know the MPG of your car that’s OK because Fuel Calculator Lite allows you to choose your car from a list of makes, models and derivatives! Search for your car from the list and the MPG is returned for you. In fact you have three options for the MPG to choose from, based on Urban (cold) figure, Extra Urban, and Combined (figures quoted by vehicle manufacturers).
